松戸駅東口にあるドトールです。松戸駅の東口の陸橋の広場は、ビルの2階の高さに相当し、このカフェの入り口も2階に設置されています。 2階にも客席がありますが、4〜5席程度のカウンター席のみで、客席フロアは3階及び4階になります。2階で注文し、給仕されたドリンクや料理を持って客席フロアに上がります。 客席フロアへの昇降手段が階段のみで、しかも階段だけでなく通路も非常に狭く、各客席も狭苦しさを感じます。テーブル席があるもののほとんど2人向けの席の構成で、大人数での利用は不向きでしょう。同時に車椅子等の障碍を持つ方の利用はお勧めできません。基本的に、ゆったりとくつろぐために利用するより、短時間の一休憩目的で利用した方がいいでしょう。 一方で、給仕されるドリンクや料理の質、スタッフの接客対応の質は、他のドトールと遜色無いように思います。

18時待合せだったので、17時に入店しドリンク&フードで時間潰し⏳

すると 18時で突然、4階は18時で締めるので2階か3階に移動してくれと一方的な言い方で警告された⚠️ 直ぐに終わると言ってもダメの一点張り🙅 隣では社員が面接してるのに、なんで閉めるとか言う意味が分からん！ それなら、テーブル用意してくれれば移動すると言うと、あからさまなイヤな顔 初めから説明してくれれば、4階は選ばないのに意味不明 半ば強引に席を用意させたが、太々しい店員の対応！

この店の接客どうなってんだ！ 週明け本社にクレームだね。
