日本海の幸 漁火 — Restaurant in Matsue

It was my first time in Matsue and I can say that this place is really nice. As always in Japan the hospitality is on point, the place can host individual persons as well as large groups. The quality of the food is definitely amazing especially compared to the price. Fish should be your priority as the city is located next to the sea (even though there are no want pictures of fish in the review). The red snapper tempura as well as the mushroom tempura (don't remember the name) are must-have dishes. Also take the opportunity to enjoy the sake coming from the Shimane prefecture. Little warning here: as any Izakaya which offers yakitori, consider the fact that your clothes and hair (especially long) will have a bit of a grilling smell afterwards. But the conclusion is: Really nice...

以前から気になっていた松江の漁火に初来店。娘と一緒に島根観光のついでに立ち寄りました。食べログで予約して訪問。 いろいろ迷いながら、QRコードでここでしか食べられなさそうな地元の食材をいくつか賞味しました。 テーブルのお刺身醤油はとろみと甘みが感じられる特別仕様。勘でオーダーしたブリはらみに付けていただくとすてきな美味しさでした。はらみの脂身とお醤油の組み合わせが秀逸で、刺身を食べることに特化したお醤油と認識。いろいろ調べると、出雲のしょうゆメーカーの製品と推測されました。明日出雲に行くので持ち帰ろうと思いました。 貝のお風呂はムール貝から日本のほたて・はまぐり・しじみ・あさりが塩味にバターの風味が香り美味しくいただけました。 大山鶏やみつき鶏レバ焼きはふあふあの食感が秀逸。塩味と旨味のバランスが絶妙で美味しかったです。 他のメニューも隙がなくリーズナブルに楽しめました。松江でお勧めするお店です。 Vポイントは使えませんでした。
