松本市美術館の中にあるレストランです。久しぶりに寄ってメニューを見て違和感を感じ聞いてみると店が変わっていました。以前はサンチームと言う店名だったと思います。羊料理の美味しい店でした。新店舗yumyumは初訪問になります。

メインのランチをお願いしようと思ったのですが二品ともまさかのデミグラス責め。正直今日はデミグラスソースの気分ではありませんでした。メインの二品は

①特製ハンバーグきのこデミグラスソースとエビフライのセット 2.200円 ②特製ハンバーグきのこデミグラスソースと広島産牡蠣のドリアセット 2.200円

別にデミグラスでも良いのですが料理の提供度合いを優先して選択肢を狭めているのはどうなんでしょうか？既になんとなく店の経営理念が見えてしまった様でゲンナリ。
