熟成つぼ漬けジンギスカン
ラム肩肉を、赤ワイン・醤油・味噌等で漬け込んだものです。タレにつけずに召し上がれます。
極上ラムロース
最高級品種の極上ラムロース。それをさらに”かぶり”と言われるまわりの肉を切り離し、ロース肉の真のみ、いわゆる"ラム芯” を贅沢に使用。肉質が柔らかで、ほのかに甘みがあり噛むほどに旨味が口の中に広がります。非常に入手困難な為、品切れの際はご容赦下さい。

お取引先との会食で伺いました。

北海道での仕事が多かったので、道内で札幌やそれ以外の所でも何度かジンギスカンを食べた経験はありますが、遠く離れた松山でとは意外でした🧐

北海道は基本セルフですが、こちらではスタッフの方がサポートしてくれるので会話が弾みます。

お肉は薄めに食べやすいサイズにスライスされているので直ぐに焼けます。ややレアなところでオススメのハープ塩でいただきました。ラム肉らしさを残しながらもクセは少なめなお肉は結構行けちゃいます😋

オリジナル？なツケダレが美味しく野菜に良く合います。個人的にはこれダイレクトに白飯に掛けたいなと思いました😁

手軽な価格ではありませんが、意外さと雰囲気の良さはデートや会食にもってこいかと...
