Kinbei 瀬戸内料理 金兵衛 is conveniently located opposite Dogo Onsen Annex Asukano Yusen. The menu is extensive, featuring a wide range of specialties from around Shikoku, making it a great one-stop spot to try all the regional delicacies in one place.

The staff were friendly and fast, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout the meal. Upstairs seating offers a traditional tatami floor style, while regular tables and chairs are available downstairs, offering comfort for all guests.

We tried a variety of dishes, and each one was fantastic. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the local flavors. 5 stars...

7月末に道後温泉へ行きました。 温泉帰りにお腹が空いていたので、何か名物を食べたいと思い金兵衛さんへ入りました。 私は鯛めしを注文し、連れは道後ラーメンを注文しました。 程なくして料理は提供されたのですが、連れがあまり美味しそうに食べていないので、ちょっと気になり、一口もらいました。

口に入れてビックリです！！！ ラーメンの麺が、口の中で溶ける…‼‼‼ 柔いとか硬いの問題ではなく、柔く練った小麦粉を食べている感覚なのです。 麺の形状は保ってるので、口に入れるまで、そんな状態とは分かりませんでした。

私は、「店に文句言ったらどう？？？これはラーメンの麺では無いと思う！」と何度も言ったのですが、もう口をつけてるし、店員さんに「これ食べてみて」とも言えない…との事で、道後ラーメンとはこんなものなのかと、ショックを受けて帰りました。

なぜラーメンの麺が、あのようになったのか、不思議でなりませんが、二度と食べに行きたくありません。 お金を返してもらいたいくらいです。 鯛めしの方は、普通の味でしたが、この件が有ったので、美味しさ半減です…。

他の方のレビューを見る限り、私の連れの様な経験をした方はいないようなので、お店の今後の為にも、ちゃんと伝えるべきだったと後悔しています。
