It's famous for the Asari don but honestly it's overpriced and not good. The lala clams (Asari) were not strong in flavour making the don a very mild taste. I would recommend the things that you can barbeque! We had the chance to barbeque it ourselves but not sure if it's the same for everyone as we were the only customers there. Nice cafe along the Amanohashidate walking trail. It's a few hundred meters after the start, so makes a nice return destination after to walk out and back the full 5.2Km. Has nice outdoor seating.
