The cats were very aggressive! The moment the food came, they jumped onto us and scratched our pants (my husband only realised he was BLEEDING from the scratch later on), jumped onto the tables, and kept coming towards us even after we repeatedly chased them away. All 4 groups of customers had to leave the inside seating and sit uncomfortably outside in the cold just to avoid the cats. Worse was how the staff didn't render any help to bring the cats away initially. Even when another customer squealed in fright when a cat pounced on her, the staff did nothing! One of them just stood far away at the cashier and said sorry and that was it. Not all cats are suitable for a cafe. If your cats are behaving so poorly, you should separate them from the dining area and be more proactive in helping...
