Ryuka — Restaurant in Motobu

Ryuka ..great spot with amazing Okinawan style flavors and atmosphere. . They also have a great selection of menu items for children. The restaurant is also pet friendly.. important to know for all the pet lovers out there. This is just about a 5-minute drive from the aquarium. There's lots of free parking in the parking lot and there's good signage that direct you where to find this place as it is a little bit hidden and off the beaten path which is exactly why I chose it. They also have a small selection of gifts. They serve cocktails there as well as well as about 25 different types of delicious freshly made smoothies.

Come down sit and relax by the ocean side and soak up all the charm...

Best Japanese curry I’ve had.

Highly recommend the chicken curry over shrimp. The chicken was perfectly cooked! Curry had a lovely assortment of spices sprinkled over. Parking nearby is shared with the other eateries in the area. Parking cost JPY 500. Came on a gloomy rainy day, and the curry was perfectly warm and comforting Lovely view of the ocean and nearby island Walkway in beautifully frames the ocean with plants

Two curries (chicken & shrimp) + 1 juice = JPY 4,350 for lunch.

Good area to have lunch before heading down to...

Everything food-wise was fine.

It was a bit confusing that I had to order at the kitchen window and no one will come to sit me. I did not know and waited for like 10 minutes.

Also it’d be great if they can put some bigger tables on the second floor for dining. The tabes on the second floor are too small for eating and the first floor does not have ocean view because the plants are blocking. It’d be nice to enjoy the view...
