This is a small remarkable, authentic place to eat excellent ramen soup. The place is run by only one person, the chef. The place fits 11 people. 6 chairs are located at the barside next to each other plus a table for five people. The place is clean, and perfectly organized. The food is delicious. You will be handed some small English menu where you can choose from. Would we stay longer in Nagano we would totally come back to extend our superb experience. 10/10 if you like japanese ramen 🍜.

It might sound like they paid me for the review but I honestly can say that was one of the best foods I’ve ever had! If you like pepper this is a must have - I’ve never had such a deep tasting, balanced pepper dish in my life. Besides the portion was very big it comes along with some meat. And what can I say - the meat was amazing too. In my opinion the whole food experience was just perfection! Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪
