I had a very unpleasant experience here today. The young woman with a black ponytail at the counter was extremely rude to me for no reason. She gave me a cold face from start to finish and behaved very unfriendly.
When I asked for a straw for my iced coffee, she refused and pointed at the cup, as if telling me I should drink directly from it and didn’t need a straw. This was very rude and dismissive. I could clearly see many straws available behind her. Only after I asked again did she reluctantly give me one.
This is the first time in Japan I have experienced such unprofessional and unfriendly service. It was shocking and very disappointing.

The food is delicious. Some of the best pastry around. I enjoyed croissants, apple and sweet potato tarts, hot dogs and other things, and all tasted great and were well priced. Would easily recommend the food here to everyone.
I didn't try the drinks/coffee at all, so can't comment there.
