First meal in Nagano and it happened to be a Vietnamese joint. On par with some of the best Vietnamese spots in New York City (IMO), and on par with pho I’ve had in Hanoi. The broth nicely coated the noods and the shabu shabu beef melted in our mouths. The crispy spring rolls were pipin’ hot, perfectly crispy on the outside, and filled with flavorful, meaty goodness on the inside. And the Vietnamese coffee was also quite good. Service was incredibly fast, it seemed that within a minute of ordering via the tablet, our pho hit the table, and the spring rolls and coffee followed quickly after that. 4.5/5 but rounding up to 5/5 because Google. Atmosphere was bare bones but most really good Vietnamese places I’ve dined at have never been about a “vibe”. You can judge a Vietnamese joint by its pho and the pho here was delicious. Been craving a good Bahn my..so we tried Moc Pho. This place did not dissapoint..!! We arrived right @ 5:00 so easy seating. Service was very good. Asked multiple times if we were ready to order. No waiting..wondering...? The fried Spring rolls were outstanding. Best spring rolls since Da Nang Vietnam. Very good, very authentic. Dipping sauce as well. Pho and Vietnamese Noodle soups were # one...very good broth. Noodles were perfectly cooked. Not as many condiments as in Vietnam. But it was very nice, very good. The Bahn my was excellent. As good as Vietnam. Fresh baguette...soft with a crispy crust. Just the right amount ingredients..! Just an excellent place to eat. A 5 minute walk from the train/ bus station. Highly recommend you will not be dissapointed. Oh...the red chili sauce..it's freakin' very...

Excellent food, would have had to lick the bowl to get any more of the soup. Really good. Noodles light and easy to eat. There was a long wait to get a table but my meal came very soon after ordering. Table spacing is a little tight but doable for groups if under four. Service was good. Definitely going to be on my list of good places to eat and definitely going to tell my friends. It’s really nice to have this restaurant in Nagano. Now to take a nap, I really enjoyed the meal...
