FOOD: 4.0 - set menu dinner: - 3.0: Amuse-bouche - 4.0: Bread and butter. Two types of bread. - 3.5: Sashimi with mikan pieces. Local fish. - 3.0: Cheese with crumbled black olive. - 3.5: Spinach pasta. - 3.0: Shrimp with sauce. - 4.5: Beef. - 3.0: Dessert: sweetbread with mousse. - 4.5: Espresso. Excellent. WINE: 3.5. We had wine by the glass. We found the recommended wine (which was also the most inexpensive) to be better than the most expensive of the three red wine choices.
