This has got to be the best place I’ve visited in my entire life. Usually you need a booking but they were kind enough to welcome us without a booking. The service was exceptional. The food, Incredible. The price, just right. We also ordered some sake which they provided some recommendations on. Check out the pics of the food we ate. I will definitely come back to eat at this restaurant every time I'm in nagasaki in the future. This is my second favourite restaurant in all of Japan.

Every dish that was ordered was absolute perfection. The staff was super friendly, although there was no English menu, and the menu was written in Kanji the staff was helping us order and translating. (Their English was really good). Chef walked out after we finished eating to personally thank us for coming to the restaurant.
