Lao Lee — Restaurant in Nagasaki

FOOD : GOOD!! PLACE : CLASSIC. SERVICE : GREAT!! PRICE : Fair.

Once again “Google Map” showed me this place. Actually I planned other Restaurant but it was Closed so “Google Map” save my Lunch this time.

The Lady was very helpful, she was not too understand English but they have Menu with pictures so just point to the picture and she will hel pressing the button. Also she has the cash exhange, ask her then She will help you with very fast and friendly.

Champon is the Specialty and Authentic Ramen in here, so dont skip it. Both “Gyoza and Chicken Karage” were delicious too, its a good additional. They give free water, just fill your cup, its located inside near the kitchen.

The place was classic and clean. I remind about the line, its long but the wait time was short (10-15mins). People eating fast in here.

The Price was fair and its worth it.

I do reccommend this place for Champon, dont miss it when...

First of all, they've increased price from previously. Champon ramen is ¥1050 now.

I ordered the mala champon, and it came in a really big portion, so I recommend that small eaters buy it to share. The champon was really delicious, I felt that wasn't enough milk added, since I prefer more milky champon. The mala pepper paste was really overpowering though, and for a while I couldn't really taste anything else until I removed some of the paste.

But, I think that the mapo tofu they also have in store will be delicious! Their mala paste actually tastes legit and is actually spicy...

Came at just before the closes, was around 8:20pm other Chapon stores were not taking in people anymore.

Pretty few people and its a self service shop where you but the ticket through the vending machine and they will call your number to collect your food.

I think they were closing so they served the food directly to me and the last few customers that came around the same time.

Bought the Chapon with raw Karasumi, 1350 yen, the soup was very sweet and a lot of ingredients. It was a very filling meal. The shop has unlimited plain water refill too!
