The restaurant is very popular. When I checked in to my hotel, I asked the concierge to book a table for me, but it was fully booked for dinner. I was able to get a table for another night when I made a reservation in person while touring the adjacent Shinchi Chinatown. I ordered a yakiniku platter with 3 different choice cuts of Nagasaki Wagyu (i.e. roast, boneless short rib & filet), assorted kimchi, rice and a bottle of Asahi Super Dry. The beef is really tender and juicy. The tangy flavor and acidity of the kimchi goes well with the heavily marbled wagyu which is rich and fatty. The service was friendly and efficient. All in all, it was a delightful dining experience.

A very satisfying yakiniku meal, serving Nagasaki Wagyu. This set of 5 cuts for 4 pax is only about JPY16k tax incl. We top up some other dishes to go along because it was too awesome. Located very close to Chinatown, Yakiniku Pure is serving certified Nagasaki beef at vet affordable price. Not to mention the service was top notch and the waitress is so pretty. Weeb dream come true

Delicious high quality meat. The recommended tasting platters are super tender and tasty. The price tag might seem too much for just a couple of pieces of meat though. Then when you want to order more to fill the belly, the lower price meat are tougher and a bit stringy. Really enjoyed the Nagasaki salad with crunchy noodles in the salad. Prepare to pay more for better quality beef.

Visited during dinner service, winter 2020. Usually very busy so booking recommended. Great experience. We ordered the most expensive wagyu set and was not disappointed. The beef was juicy and of the highest quality. And the price is also reasonable. Highly recommend this place!

Ordered the two person combo. The portion size is good but side dishes lacking. Beef is good and tender. Service mostly after you ordered and when they bring your food. Other times, you are left on your own.

Excellent experience. Great choices of Nagasaki Wagyu beef cuts. Reasonable for the quality of food. Recommend to book before you go as it’s very popular.
