The ONLY thing I could ask, is that the portions & variety be bigger. Really no options for drinks other than Tea & Water. Additionally, they only have like 3 cuts. The plus side to that though, is that the cuts are amazing. A quick tip, the pricier the better. Though that is not always the case, it is here. The translations aren't as inuitive, but it's pretty easy to navigate the menu and order as you go. Portions are VERY small, but that is always the case with Wagyu. The bottom of the barrel is comparable to USDA choice. The mid tier is like A1 wagyu, whereas the premium one is closer to A5. They don't say definitively, but the beef they serve is local to nagasaki. Exceptional cuts, just very small portions. Because of this, you'd need to spend roughly $50-$70 per person to have enough meat to fill you. However, if you are looking to simply try it as a delicacy as opposed to a full meal, it is PERFECT. I have provided pictures for reference. They had a special that came with tea, soup, kimchi, rice & 3 meat assortment. I additionally order 3 cuts of meat (deluxe loin, choice loin, deluxe kiburu [aka Short Rib]). Loin is the way to go 100%. Flavorful, soft, tender, wonderful charring. The other meats were a bit tougher compared to the wagyu, but man it is a solid win. Pictures...

The restaurant is very popular. When I checked in to my hotel, I asked the concierge to book a table for me, but it was fully booked for dinner. I was able to get a table for another night when I made a reservation in person while touring the adjacent Shinchi Chinatown.

I ordered a yakiniku platter with 3 different choice cuts of Nagasaki Wagyu (i.e. roast, boneless short rib & filet), assorted kimchi, rice and a bottle of Asahi Super Dry. The beef is really tender and juicy. The tangy flavor and acidity of the kimchi goes well with the heavily marbled wagyu which is rich and fatty. The service was friendly and efficient. All in all, it was a delightful...

Delicious high quality meat. The recommended tasting platters are super tender and tasty. The price tag might seem too much for just a couple of pieces of meat though. Then when you want to order more to fill the belly, the lower price meat are tougher and a bit stringy. Really enjoyed the Nagasaki salad with crunchy noodles in the salad. Prepare to pay more for better...
