Eating Chinese cuisine in Nagasaki's Chinatown was a decent experience in terms of service. However, if you're looking for traditional Chinese dishes, it might be a bit challenging to find them there. Nevertheless, I made a special trip to try Japanese-style Chinese cuisine since it's difficult to find Chinese food where I live.
I tried the Mapo Tofu and Nagasaki's famous Champon (ちゃんぽん), and the broth was incredibly rich with a seafood flavor. It gave me a great impression of Japanese-Chinese cuisine!

I got the Lychee Sour, Sara Udon, and Shumai, and the best thing was the Lychee Sour because it was the only item that didn’t taste like nothing.
