BISTRO STEAK T-bone — Restaurant in Nagoya

Came here for dinner on a Wednesday night at 620 and the place was fully booked - eventually got in around 8pm (we wanted steak) and glad we waited. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the costs for what you get are very reasonable. We got the fillet, sirloin and L bone - the fillet was so soft (I am not sure how they did it? Is it the 900 degree oven? Cooked in butter?) the sirloin was very tender and juicy well as was the L bon. We ordered a salad as well but felt size was small. This was our 2nd visit, we last visited pre covid and hoped it would be as good - it didn't disappoint. We ate early at 5pm with no reservation on a Thursday and got in straight away.
