This was our first time dining at a Japanese restaurant.
The restaurant has a European-inspired theme. I heard from my Japanese friend that this place is affordable, so my friend and I decided to give it a try. Upon entering, we found the restaurant to be packed, likely due to it being Friday afternoon. We were seated by a female staff member, and next to our table, there was a pen and paper where we could write our order. Each item on the menu has a code, which you write on the paper. The menu includes soups, pastas, pizzas, and more. Once you've made your selections, you press a small button, and a waiter comes to your table to take your order. The waiter enters your order into their device, and then you wait for your food to arrive. Additionally, there are robots here that deliver orders to your table. The utensils are located in a cabinet-like container on the side of your table.
I ordered a pizza, spaghetti, and a soup. Halfway through my meal, I was already full. I think this is true for most foods in Japan; they are quite filling despite the small serving sizes.
After finishing our meal, we took the receipt to the counter near the entrance to pay for our food. Their system is very efficient.
One mistake we made was not getting water. Water is self-service and free, while other drinks have prices you need to pay. Overall, the food was okay. If you are looking for affordable Italian food, this place is decent and...

The menu has English and uses a coding system, with each food corresponding to an alpha-numerical code that you write on an order slip, then press a button to call the waitstaff for pick-up. It was about 1950 yen (~$14 USD at time of writing) for our meal: Two plates of pasta, one "free-flow"/free refill drink, one 250mL carafe of wine, and a chocolate truffle ice cream. I especially recommend the chicken carbonara pasta dish and ice cream, they were...

but today the Custard Pudding (creme caramel) rang my bells as the closest to my home made texture and taste so I’m calling that a win 🏆
We didn’t get served by the robots though we saw and heard them - we got real humans - nice ladies...
