Great dinner experience We have been to quite a number of good restaurants in Japan and this is one of the best ever. The staff was very attentive to us about the food and the concept of the restaurant. The restaurant offers Basque cuisine with a view 180 meters above the ground. Food and service is excellent as expected of these restaurant, it is very generous of them to allow photographing the food, wine and staff.
Furthermore, Basque white wine called “chacorri” is poured from a high vantage point into the glass with great gusto to accentuate its aroma and soften its acidity. The dynamic performance is also a sight to behold.

Tonight, I enjoyed a total of nine courses, from appetizers to dessert. The restaurant manager, Mr. Hiroshi Tai (田井広志)kindly explained the origins of the ingredients and the cooking methods in detail, and he was very friendly. Each dish was exquisitely delicious, especially the lobster, wagyu beef, appetizers, and desserts, all of which were outstanding.
