I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was unprofessional, and the staff's poor communication skills made the entire dining experience uncomfortable. Despite paying a high price for the meal, I felt rushed and unwelcome. To make matters worse, when I asked to take the remaining food to go, they refused without any explanation. I had a very disappointing dining experience at this restaurant. During my meal, I specifically asked one of the staff members if I could continue eating past the agreed time, and I was assured that it was fine. However, I was not informed that my table had been reserved for someone else. Just 10 minutes later, another staff member hurriedly came over to rush me out.

To make matters worse, the restaurant’s map indicated that takeout was available. If this is not the case, it should be communicated to customers before they start their meal. I was not only rushed out while still having food left on my plate, but I was also told that I couldn't take the remaining food with me. We were excited to return to this restaurant after enjoying the excellent beef during our first visit. However, our second experience was overshadowed by the poor service.

One elder waitress refused to welcome us, which we understood might have been due to staff shortages. So, we quietly waited in line at the entrance. When she finally returned, we stood up politely to provide our reservation information, but she rudely commanded us to 'sit down' in English for no reason. She repeatedly ignored us, kept ordering us to sit down, and refused to explain why. Her rude attitude was so noticeable that other local customers in line were visibly taken aback. Given that she can communicate with us in English, I would expect her to at least say one word ‘please.’

Even after we were seated, her behavior remained abrasive. She slammed the door quickly behind us, even catching the hem of my coat in the process. The food here is generally good but other things are just awful.

First of all, the waiter always requires the customer to help them setting the plates and foods (also the heavy dishes).

Regards to the environment, we caught a fly that flew into our dish. The room is also too hot when cooking without a satisfactory ventilation, so we need to open the door for our meal.

For the cooking skills of the waiter, I’m not a professional chef but the first beef cooked for us was just too raw and I had difficulty in chewing. And after the first cook provided, the beef oil used for heating the metal plate was just left there and soaking in the sukiyaki sauces.
