最飛び飛騨牛しゃぶすき家 馬喰一代 名古屋WEST — Restaurant in Nagoya

My first taste of Hide beef was more than 10 years ago in Takayama and it was unforgettable. So I was happy to have found this place near the Nagoya station that prides itself in serving top quality Hide beef. It has 2 sides, one yakiniku style while this one served the beef either as shabu shabu style or as sukiyaki.

For the lone diner, there is a course set which can feed 1-2 persons. There is 3 price points with the pricier ones including superior cuts of the beef. For beef lovers, the course set allows one to appreciate the different cuts, it's texture and flavor. It was a blend of modern fusion and traditional Japanese cuisine . From beef tartare to sashimi, and the shabu shabu, the beef was delicious, melt in the mouth accompanied by sesame and yuzu sauces. The vegetables and mushrooms help reduce the greasiness of the beef while the noodles (choice of ramen vs flat noodles) allowed one to appreciate the light tasting soup. I opted against the rice, miso and pickles as it would be too heavy for me and was served complimentary tea.

Service was attentive, different staff was checking in to see the progress and the next dish would be served just when I finished the last. Each table was separated by a screen that offers privacy for diners.

Definitely an unforgettable experience, would come back to try the yakiniku style on my next...

昨年の夏に隣の馬喰一代名古屋WESTに焼肉を食べに来た時に店頭のガラスケースの中に鎮座する立派なお肉に惹かれて間違えて入ったお店が気になり調べてみると、そこは⁉️

馬喰一代さんが手掛ける、最飛び飛騨牛のしゃぶしゃぶ、すき焼きが楽しめるお店☆

さらに最近Instagramでよく見ていた、最飛び飛騨牛のひつまぶし‼️

そんなわけで、今回は、焼肉以外のメニューを堪能すべく、しゃぶすき家さんを予約して訪問しました(^^)♪

店内は和の空間で馬喰一代さんのイメージはそのままに、しゃぶしゃぶ、すき焼きが楽しめる洗練されたイメージ☆

店員さんの接客レベルも、どの店舗に行っても気持ちの良い接客なので、今回も気持ちよく食事が出来ました♪

The meal is good but hope the restaurant can hire the staff who can speak in English. We ask the set that is the potion good enough for 2 people but the staff don’t understand and keep saying for 1 person only. Finally ordered 2 set but of coz we can’t finish and feel so full. I hope the staff can explain clearly about the set....
