Absolutely PHENOMENAL. Took the hojicha pancake and the eggs Benedict croffle. Both were amazing. Got here right at opening (10a) and there was absolutely no wait. Took the standard 15-20 mins to get served. Would recommend 100000%. I’m a big fluffy pancake fan and these were my fave. Very nice atmosphere too. They have you order right when you walk in so take a look at the menu outside! You won’t be disappointed!!! UPDATE: came back a 2nd time, also no wait at all (11:15am) and ordered the matcha tiramisu pancake. I felt like I was eating a CLOUD. Hands down the BEST fluffy pancake I have ever eaten. And the presentation is phenomenal (you pull off a plastic and the mascarpone falls all over the pancake). We also ordered the cheese burger and they come pour the cheese on the burger straight from a cast iron pan....

Expect to wait with all of the locals! As soon as you get there sign your name in, number of party and dining location preference. Then stand in line.

Once you are finally called into the cafe you’ll place your order and be assigned a table. Expect to wait an additional 45-1 hour for your pancakes, so order a hot appetizer while you wait. One group waited approximately 23 minutes until everyone at their table of 2 got their pancakes - that ice cream was melted lol 🤣 and yes I timed it just to mentally prep for mine to take so long.
