I really didn't know what to expect here, as it looks like a chain, and sometimes they can be hit or miss. This one was a huge hit!
When we first entered, the corridor was very narrow and it took us a little bit of time to work out the procedure. The way it works is that you select your orders (in various languages) on a touch screen, pay, then sit down. You don't interact with the pizzaiolo at that point. Then, he gets the order through, prepares, cooks, then calls your order. You watch him work the whole time, and you appreciate the skill and passion.
We did find the prices on the screen a little confusing, as the set meal appeared to be differently priced on the screen as on the menus on the wall, but that could just have been Google Lens? Still, the prices were excellent. We ordered two margarita pizzas, oven cooked potatoes (yes, in the pizza oven!!) long fries (I mean, REALLY long!!), and a Coke Zero. It cost £15, and it was absolutely delicious. The pizzas were juicy, a little creamy, sweet from the tomatoes, and the dough was so so tasty. Just enough salt in the dough. And the char from the oven was just right. Mmmmmm. Actually, we nearly ordered another pizza to share but we thought better. But we regretted it when we left. It really was very nice food.
I don't think it can be understated just how passionate the pizzaiolo seemed. He was very keen to hear about what we liked about his food, and we were really sad to leave Nagoya the next day. If we'd found this place on our first night we'd have eaten here every night....

The menu is not in English, but the staff helped as best they could to help us decide what to get. I ordered the Pizza Don Adolfo which had pork, marinara sauce, basil, potatoes, and mozzarella cheese. They make the pizza right in front of you so you can see how fresh the ingredients are, the bowls of fresh mozzarella look amazing. 入口を入ってすぐのところにあるタッチパネル式の機械でオーダーを決めて精算をしてから席に着き、番号を呼ばれたらカウンターまで取りに行くスタイルです。
何食べようか全然決まらず、スタッフさんにオススメを聞いてオーダーを決めました💡
