In comparison to many other hotels I tried here is my impression and experience

Design and style They focused a lot on design and style and indeed they made it good.

Room Room are big enough and equipped with good facilities

Service Yo be honest the service is not what I could expect for such hotel. First the staff can't speak English. Second I asked for a towel because mine has been fell down and got wet but the staff who deal with cleaning directed me to the reception. I didn't get a new one...

Breakfast It's the worse I ever had because There were no diversity in terms of food. For example vegan none and vegetarian options very limited. The food was also not tastyrhe croissant 🥐 was those supermarket production and not fresh. Only toast bread was available No more options. Lack of toaeting tools and people should wait for the only small available one. Drinking was terrible Because they offered only water with sugar adding the flavor of respected fruit. Very superficial taste and even not healthy. There was no hot tea available and they offered only Jasmin and green tea but cold in the machine which had superficial juice taste water.

I think they focused a lot on design which is appreciated but the quality of service and breakfast really matter more than that

Parking They offered paid car space at 1200 yen per day but to be honest just some few meters next to the hotel there was a car park place with 500 yen per day. That is pity and my worst hotel experience in Okinawa.

You get what you pay for. It was a fare price and about ¥3000 yen taxi ride to the airport. We didn’t eat breakfast there. There is a grocery store right across the street and we bought bentos and drinks there. The fridge is very small. I didn’t like my pillow. The beds were clean. If you rent a car, you can park it there for a fee. I think ¥1000/night. Check in is on the 2nd floor and kind of away from offering help or greetings at the front door. The hotel is close to the train station and close to the sea - good for a walk. The hotel is modern, clean, rooms and bathroom spacious. There is nothing to complain about, we Europeans are just not used to Japanese consistency to the "extreme". Check-in is at 15.00 and you just have to wait until then - we were pretty tired after a nearly 30 hour journey. Breakfast really rich selection. The service is pleasant.
