Italian cafe bar Caravel — Restaurant in Nara

I was very upset about the service. We ordered one pizza, one carbonara and one amatriciana. I asked for additional burrata for my amatriciana pasta. The waitress said it will cost additional 580 yen, so I agreed. After we finished eating, we didn’t receive a normal bill - only a handwritten one: the total amount was 11200 yen! I was very surprised by that price, so i started talking to the waitresses that there has to be a mistake: they counted 2,580 yen for a piece of burrata, and 2,240 yen for the pasta. How come the piece of buratta is more expensive than the dish itself? If i would have known that it will cost 2,580 I would have never ordered it. The waitress repeated herself twice and said 580. Unfortunately the manager or whoever the rude lady was didn’t care at all. So i wanted to make a picture of the bill, when suddenly the waitress snatched it out of my hand! That’s almost harassment! She said it’s not our bill, even though it’s the one they brought us. Just a handwritten piece of paper. When i was holding it in my hands they were aggressively trying to take it away from me. Once i took out my phone to take a picture they got so scared that they gave me back 2000 yen. So ridiculous! They wanted to cheat on us. And they didn’t even give us the right bill. Only such thing. I’m very disappointed and upset. How can you treat a client like that. Lie about the price, think that we won’t notice. 11,200 yen for 3 dishes is too much. Great, small Italian restaurant with a decent wine selection and great pizza. It's a bit on the more expensive side (we paid 8500 yen for a dinner of two with wine), but totally worth it.
