Lumbini Yamato Saidaiji — Restaurant in Nara

We were expecting so mutch judging by the reviews, What followed was a total Disaster, Simple things like Popadoms, Small "Factory" made rubbish, Because of that, We should have Cancelled the order ! The Chicken Tikka starters, Zero aroma, Zero tikka Flavour, the only smell was the burnt bits on the iron skillet. 1/ 10, Just because it actually was edible. The Mutton Curry, in all our years of having Indian, NEVER have we had them so dreadfull, No Indian Flavours / Aromas. Plus when asked for some chopped chillies to spice it up,,,,,, " we do not use them Sir", Was the reply !! Never known that in an Indian !! My Chicken Biryani was just a mess, Tasteless muck The Chicken Curry was insipid. Honestly, I have never ever had a "Ready Meal" as rubbish as this. Personally i'd say all the good reviews are FAKE, or from Japanese, Who do not know what Indian food...

I've been here so many times I can't even count; this is one of my favorite tsukemen restaurants.

The taste can be summed up in one word: "delicious, that's all." The rich soup and chewy noodles go perfectly together, making you think "this is the place for me" every time you take a bite.

If you order a full set menu, it will cost around 1,500 yen, but the satisfaction is well worth the price. If you like tsukemen, this is a bowl you should try at least once.
