I had a buffet lunch with my family there on 12-3-2024.After finishing a glass of water, I tried to return the empty glass and get some food. I was stopped at the hot food serving area by a staff member. She noticed I had an empty glass on my tray and misunderstood that I was trying to get their soft drinks, even though I was far away from the drinking machine. I tried to explain to her repeatly that I was not trying to get any drink and only wanted to have something to eat, but they just didn't care and insisted that I had to go to the free drink area and stop me getting any food. When I gave up the glass to them, I was allowed to proceed back to the food serving area. But there was a staff member who kept following me and watching me whenever I picked up anything from the food bench. That made me feel very unpleasant and humiliated. I thought they had assumed that I was trying to steal their drinks because I have an empty glass on my tray. I felt so bad that I could not continue my lunch and just left after my family finished their lunch.
