2018 June 29 - Firstly, expectation is raised since it is the only hotel restaurant (out of 3) that did not have a reservation required based on halal gourmet Japan. Second, it says all day and it day dining - sadly it's not. Please read details. We came at 4pm - hotel reception point us the way but did not tell us it's close or need reservation. So we came to know in front of the restaurant. I read details and I understand that the details of whole day dining did not specifically say spilt shift. We came back at 8pm after nara park. As we approach the restaurant, a guy standing at the door of restaurant was eyeing us - when we stand in front of him, I ask to have a halal muslim meal and he immediately say need reservation. I ask why? Can we wait to go in? He just say no food?! Not wanting to make a ruckus, I am feeling angry and disappointed so i am writing this here so that those who have read halal gourmet Japan - please do read reviews in Google reviews.
