Delightful discovery! On the edge of Nara park in the Takabatake neighborhood, a wonderful gem! Fantastic ice cream and milkshakes using extremely high quality, premium ice cream and organic fruit. Service was impeccable and we will definitely be repeating stopping in. I had the fresh vanilla ice cream with a large super sweet strawberry, others in our group had the lemon float made with fresh lemon and a strawberry ice cream cone with bits of fresh strawberry. All were delicious. As others noted they have an english menu, both cash and credit cards OK. Outdoor seating available for 6-8ish. But it's only 3 minutes walk to be back in the park. This ice cream shop was a life saver for me and my friend! After an incredibly hot and humid trip through Nara Park, we made the walk to this place after seeing the high reviews and were not disappointed! Saw this place as I was heading to the train station and I’m really glad I stopped. I had their strawberry ice cream and it was honestly one of the best strawberry ice cream’s I’ve ever had. The employee there was actually the one who recommended the ice cream. I talked with the employee there and he was very friendly, we talked a little in English. I told him my favorite word in Japanese was Oyasumi Nasai but If he ever sees this review I’m changing...
