It was a great place to stop for some snacks after a long walk through nara park and surroundings. As soon as we entered we were kindly greeted by two lovely ladies, and the place was very welcoming and homely. We got toast with ham and pecan cake, with warm milk, but they also serve lunch and more elaborate plates. All in all, it was delicious and tasty. Deffo recommend.

Charming curry restaurant with a unique house flavor! Curry is bold and spicy with tender beef; a bit on the soup curry side of things. Dessert also very much on point. Worth a visit.

It’s wonderful, not expensive and so flavorful. I used to come here as a student when I lived in Nara many years ago. The place hasn’t changed much, it was very comforting!
