Warning - don’t stop by around meal time unless you have a reservation! I finally got in on my 4th try (with reservation)! The place only seats 26 and it’s very popular with locals besides tourists (especially Friday-Sunday). Make a reservation or go well before or after peak meal hours.
5* staff/service - welcoming, friendly & most of the menu is in English. 4* space, small space, not much room between tables & air con was low/weak - was a little warm/stuffy even at noon with only 6 others besides me eating on this usually closed Monday (reservation only I guess).
3* My pizza - mozzarella, ham, tomato sauce with added toppings of mushroom & garlic. I wanted to LOVE this pizza, especially after repeatedly trying to eat here over the last two days, and it looked and smelled delicious! Ingredients/toppings are fresh and delicious & perfect amount ( not stingy).
Unfortunately, half (center to about 1/2 way out) of the pizza was wet & limp like a soaked crepe (see pics/video). The outer half was GREAT - crispy chewy as a perfect crust should be! You can see the underside of the pizza is cooked even at the center, so why was it so wet?! There wasn’t too much mushroom to cause the wetness, I can only guess by the color and look of the tomato sauce that it was too watery & contributed much to the wetness of the pizza :/. Maybe the tomato sauce should have been reduced more to reduce water content & intensify the tomato flavor. I hope 1/2 of my pizza wasn’t intended to be wet and limp like a noodle, not sure I’ll have pizza again if I come back (they have nice selection of...

The best wood fired Margherita w/fresh tomato 🍕+ 4 Cheese pizza. They serve a delicious and very fresh mixed green salad, yummy pasta. Plus their incredible Barista makes fab Cappuccinos too. Highly recommend. My go to spot in Chiba/Narita. However, be advised weekends get extremely busy and reservations are highly recommended. They offer take-out/take away...
Read moreWhat a delightful place to end our family trip in Japan.
A very welcome owner and personnel. We had arrived almost late and they helped us to get inside and prepare some pizza for the family. The pizza is on an upper level, a level between romano and Napoli. A very crispy and thin base and exactly the noise you want to hear once you get it to your mouth. Please don't expect a big size or anything like a "pizza hut" or else. The restaurant sitting area is on the...
