2nd visit & update: it was weekday and i'd say along with the food quality the atmosphere has improved as well. So, i'm increasing the stars! I wish they started providing wet tissues. It would help a lot!

The atmosphere was horrible. People coming to dine were freaking loud,which made it almost impossible to have a chat, they were also creating sound on furniture while moving around the whole place. Very rude & mannerless people. Staff don't do anything about this kind of customers. Never seen these types of gestures anywhere in Japan.
