Wasamontei — Restaurant in Oita

A humble small restaurant that served up bowls of noodle made with passion! Got to know that they started from Kumamoto back in the 70s and moved to Oita in the 90s.

The noodle was cooked Al-Dante delicious snd really filling for us. Not forgetting the Gyoza that were crispy on the outside but soft on the inside.

宿泊したホテルから、 近くで美味しそうなラーメン屋さんは どーこだ？ とGoogleマップを見ながら 探した結果、こちらのお店にたどり着きました。

お店の外観と内装のレトロな感じと 少し狭い感じの落ち着いた空間は わたし的にはどストライクで好みでした。

今回は頼んでませんが 野菜にもこだわられて いるようです。 野菜サラダが時価でした。 面白く興味深いポイントです。 そしてお冷のボトルが瓶で、ここも面白い。

オーダーしたのは熊本黒ラーメンと焼き飯 でした。 そもそも、こちらのお店の全てのラーメンの メニューで言えることですが 他のラーメン屋さんでは オプションでつけるようなトッピングが デフォルトで入っているのは 嬉しいポイントですね。 (海苔やたまご等)

チャーシューは肉厚で歯ごたえがあり 食べ応えがあります。 ですが脂濃くなく、美味しく食べられました。 麺は自家製でお店で作られているようです。 細麺ですがスープと よく絡んで美味しかったです。 焼き飯も素晴らしかったです。 こういう感じでいいんです。 これがいいんです。 という感じです。(伝われ)

全てにおいて完成度が高く、 住んでる近所に あれば間違いなく通っていると思います。
