The entire experience was incredibly disappointing. As a frequenter of AYCE yakiniku / Korean BBQ experiences, this was not my first time in Japan or the US, but this was probably my worst. Given the price of 3000¥ / person for AYCE, one would expect at least a clean establishment or clean grills periodically replaced. One might also expect decent cuts of meat, rather than the fatty pork they kept on giving us (apparently we were not given the option to choose). They also kept bringing things that we didn't order, since they were "part of the meal," such as soups and sides, likely in a bid to keep us from eating more meat. But that wouldn't be a problem, since the greasy, fatty meat and charred grill really didn't encourage me to ask for as more.
To top it off, they did not inform me there was an additional approximately 500¥ charge to pay with a credit card, totaling my meal to 7100¥ for two.
The only silver lining was the leafs of greens, the chijimi Korean "pancakes," and the kimchi, which were quite good. Service, though slightly subpar, was adequate when we called for someone.
There are a ton of other yakiniku AYCE restaurants that should keep you from visiting this place....

Secondly, the price for dinning is actually expensive. Thirdly, we have ordered for 9 BOWLS of mixed-rice(bibimbap) and 1 BOWL of noodle. BUT after sometime 6 BOWLS of rice and the noodle have given to us. After 1 hour, we asked the waiter where are the 3 BOWLS then the waiter only asked us that he wanted to took our BOWL to exchanged for the 3 BOWLS that leftover. That time everybody have almost done eating and are going to leave. THE BIBIMBAP IS ACTUALLY WHITE RICE+VEGETABLES AND NO SAUCE :) Conclusion, this RESTAURANT IS DEFINITELY NOT...
Read moreI love Korean food and part of my plan in visiting Osaka is to dine in this restaurant. The place was good (I thought - I was deceived) and the STAFF WITH TACKY BLONDE HAIR LADY was so rude. She didn’t even greet me with a smile as if I was a nuisance because I’m alone. Worse, she gave me the most uncomfortable seat and told her about it but she just dragged and slammed the same table in front of me. I left the very second she did that. This is OSAKA where customer service is beyond par. If you can’t do what Osakan customer service is, please don’t do business here....
