八角板 — Restaurant in Osaka

Requested for a simple bowl of white rice (a lunchtime staple and advertised in the menu) to be served with the lunch.

Requested this multiple times, and each time was told to "wait a few minutes". The rice did not come out until all the other dishes were already finished and the rice was undercooked.

When settling the bill, discussed the service issue with the staff and was informed that there was an issue with the rice cooker and so they were without rice for the lunch service... If that is the case, this should be communicated clearly to patrons.

Staff were from Nepal and not able to communicate well in Japanese, and no owner/manager was present in the restaurant to provide customer service.

Poor and inexperienced service, food was just average as was...

theres nothing korean about this place. none of the employees spoke korean or even japanese that well. i ordered the soondubu since i thought it would come with their signature water aged pork, but only two pieces of shrimp. it was so salty and didnt taste anything like soondubu. the rice was filled up about 75%. i had two spoonfulls of the soondubu and didnt finish it. when i asked for the check, the employee tried to charge me for a different item that was more. this...

焼肉・韓国料理が食べたくなり来訪。 韓国人の店員が割と丁寧。 店内は清潔で禁煙、電子マネー対応なのは好ましい。 店の前に水槽があり肉を漬けて低温熟成をしており、これが一つの売りだろうか。 ということでサムギョプサル注文、期待したがやはり個人的にはもう豚肉の脂の多さがもう胃に厳しい。 肉の種類がこれだけなので、キャパオーバー感。 逆に脂の多い肉が好き・平気な人なら、食べ飲み放題は選択肢としてはありかな？とはいえ豚肉なので割高とも言えるが…。 飲み放題にはマッコリや韓国焼酎があるが、ビールはプラス価格必要。 韓国のお酒、たまに飲むとなかなか悪くない。

しかし近くに居た韓国に何かのアイドル見に行く系の韓流BBA客がキツかった。 少し前は別の店でクチャラーに辟易したが、今回はネガティブ言動客だ。 ※この韓流BBAは店の評価には入れていません。 着席した瞬間からネガティブトーク、噂話、視野は近所とか考え方が狭量で、誰かを褒めることが全く無い会話。 出たポジティブな言葉は「外で飲むビール美味い」「この肉おいしい」くらい。 旦那に対してもネガティブな物言いをしてるが、なんと子供の対しても旦那の悪口聞かせてるそうで。 そしてどうも子供の事もあまり信用していない気味の言動が多め。 自分ではなく旦那に家の不満をLINEしてるとか、自分への不満を旦那にされたからなおさら腹立つと言ってたが、誰でもこんな母親ならまず相談や本音を言いたくないのは解る。 あと旦那の事をおじさんと言うが、自分はどうなのかと。 子供が意のままにならない事に「学校の友達のせい？バイトの友達のせい？彼氏のせい？」とか延々と他人に原因を求めていたが、自分らのせいだろう。 また他所の受験失敗などには、(子供に)働いて返してもらわなしゃあないなぁ、とのたまう。

飲食店でたまに(よく？)遭遇する、男女問わず存在する声のデカいク○客。 不思議で仕方ないが、褒めたら死ぬ病気でもあるのかってくらい、会話で人を褒めたり肯定的な言葉を出せない。そして腹立つなどを連発してる人をまれに見るが、どうやって普段生きてるのか…。 やはりこの韓流BBAのように、寄生虫の地位を貪って増長してしまって生息を許されているのだろうか？

飯と酒の場は人間の本性がわかる言うが、どうでもいいBBAが隣に居て良い事は何もないし、やはり飯は美味しくポジティブに食べたいものだなぁ、と思いまし...
