Kanariya — Restaurant in Osaka

The extremely popular place famous for its towering parfaits. I assumed that the place was just a shallow facade of a place relying on Instagramable photos rather than quality or taste. I was quite mistaken as the decor is lovely, they serve ice cold refreshing lemon water, and their desserts not only look great, they taste fantastic. This place is the real thing. The reason I am giving it 2 stars is, my wife has an extremely bad allergic reaction to kiwi fruit in which her throat closes and she isn’t able to breathe. We kindly informed the staff of this and they said that would not include the fruit. My wife took a bite of her dish and noticed an itchy sensation.
