When I went to the restaurant for dinner, about 15 people were forming a line. So, I had to wait for entering the restaurant about 30minutes. The atmosphere was good. 鶴橋にある焼肉の人気店”空 鶴橋総本店”に行って参りました。 こちらはホルモンを始めとして、様々なお肉が、とにかく旨味抜群の新鮮なお肉を頂ける、焼き肉の名店であり、人気店です。

こちらでは、とにかく新鮮で旨味のあるお肉を安価で頂け、コスパは抜群です。 また焼き物・生ものすべてについて、旨味を徹底的に引き立てるためにタレに拘っており、つけダレ、コチュジャンを始め、フェダレ、もみダレ、チシャダレ、千枚ダレなど、その食材に合わせたタレが、お肉に絶妙にマッチし、ホルモンの素材の味を引き出しどれもとても美味しかったです。

お肉は、まずとにかく上ハラミが最高でした。肉の旨みを引き出すもみダレがとにかくマッチしており、お肉の旨味と柔らかさがとにかく最高でした。 また、塩タンもあっさり目で美味しく、こちらの塩タンは少し分厚めに切られていることから噛み応えも抜群。塩・コショウでさっぱり頂ける食べ応え抜群の一品でした。 そして何よりホルモン5種盛りセットは頼むべき1品です。”空”のオススメでもある選りすぐりのホルモンを5種まとめて頂けます。食べ比べに近い楽しみ方もでき、その味は勿論のこと、食感の違いから、タレの違い、脂の乗り方、旨味の出方の違いまで、それぞれの味を楽しむことができます。 ですが、とにかくどれも食感、旨味、タレと絶品で美味しく、ホルモン好きにはたまらない美味しさで、 全体的として味付けに、コスパに、ボリュームにと大満足でした。

なお、今回は開店に合わせて訪問させて頂きましたが、開店時の時間ですでに20～30人ほどの行列。とにかく人気店なので順番待ちは覚悟の上での訪問になります。 ですがその味は、待ち時間に見合うそれ以上の価値のあるものであるため、ぜひまた訪問したい良店でした。
