Bishoku Maimon Umeda — Restaurant in Osaka

We arrived at 6 pm. Ordered right away. One meal arrived after 20 minutes as did the rice for 2 of the orders- although not their meals. We waited another 1/2 hour for a second of the meals to arrive. The other two meals still had not arrived - the excuse was they were being grilled so took a lot of time. Restaurant was not st all full. Waitress then says 3 minutes they would be ready ay about 7:10. We said we were bnit bought wait anymore so cancel the last 2 meals we had to leave. Again she said at 7:15 while she refused to let us go that or would be just 3 more minutes. Obviously there approach is to promise “just 3 minutes”. We finally at about 7:20 got to pay for 3 of the meals ( only 2 of which we received) and as we left the two chicken meals arrived. When you are in Osaka I would recommend you find a place that has a kitchen adept enough to serve the meals within a reasonable time and all 4 meals at the same time.
