Coffee-kan - Dojima Building — Restaurant in Osaka

Came in for a hot dog and they charged me for a coffee. I requested a refund and was given receipt.

Days later and it seems they charged me for the coffee I never had.

Forget that when ordering the hot dog, i repeated "hot doggu" while pointing at the menu image for a hot dog. I did this repeatedly and the staff member did not pay attention.

But same carelessness with the refund. I put the slip through google translate. Bottom has an error code with instructions to try the refund again.

The food is amazing, you have a limited menu but that isn’t a bad thing cause the quality and taste I’ve everything you eat is top notch. The staff is really nice and understands English quite well, I have to be honest though if you don’t like people smoking inside than this might not be the place for you. The smell of smoke is nowhere to be found but if the idea would kill your appetite you might want to go somewhere else.
