Dotonbori Kamukura Eki marche Shin-Osaka Shop — Restaurant in Osaka

We have visited the same restaurant in other parts of 🇯🇵 and happy to say the food is great in all places. The hot broth is so soothing on cold days and also tiring days. Full of vegetables and nice big chasu, 😋 as its late morning, the place is quite packed with customers. We managed to find 2 seats at the counter, they also have table seats but limited. Eating at the counter is very common here, so grab a seat while you can. The staff dont speak good english but you can get by with hand signals, else use a translator app 😝 its a good place to fill up tummy as we are still a long way from our destination 😞 you can order drinks if you want but iced water is provided free which is so...

The soup flavor was delicious but too much cabbage. Two bowels, one was a wonton style that supposed to have shrimp fillings but it tasted almost vegetarian. The second bowel was their #1 seller on the menu and it was great; lots of pork but again too much cabbage. Food came out quick. Wonderful ramen shop inside JR Shin-Osaka station. I thought I could easily finish the dumpling set, but the ramen bowl was larger than expected. With tender roasted pork and creamy flavored egg along with an endless amount of noodles in a light broth, enjoyed a fantastically delicious dinner. The set even comes with a bowl of rice for total carb overload!
