This chain serves skewered tempura. While the idea is novel, taste was very predictable (okay nevertheless). Upon getting a table, you would be asked to order drinks. You place your food order from a tablet ; Chinese/Korean/English languages were available. You will have to figure out which the "place order" button is though (hint: it's the top red one upon check out, use google lens). There are 3 mixed sets and approximately 20 skeweres and 10 or so sides to choose from (each priced differently). I found chicken tendon to be the best of all. When your orders arrived, you dipped them in a communal sauce and proceed to eating. Cabbages are used to scoop additional sauce should you need them. NO DOUBLE DIPPINGS are allowed. My first time visiting this brand is visiting their branch in Tsutenkaku and I fell in love with Kushikatsu immediately. It is not tempura. It is also deep fried but not greasy. You can choose to eat your Kushikatsu with cabbage and sauce. If you choose sauce, remember you cannot dip the same skewer twice in the sauce bin.
