Kawakami shoten — Restaurant in Osaka

We arrived probably a hour before closing time, it wasn’t busy. As some of the other reviews said, it is mandatory for each person to order at least one full bowl of unagi.

In the menu, there are 3 sizes of unagi rice bowls. It’s hard to tell if there were any difference in the actual unagi itself except for the size of the bowl/unagi. The “biggest” one seems to translate into “top spacial” so we speculated and ordered one big and one small bowl for the 2 of us. Turns out we don’t think there was much difference in flavors and had to eat more rice/unagi instead. Would be nice if they just make it clear that it’s just a diff of small/medium/large. The unagi is no doubt kinda nice.

The restaurant is small, approx 3-4 tables of 4 then the bar table. We were 75% through our meal and was asked to finish up because there is a family with kids waiting outside for a table, while there was another table of 2 who came before us that should be done first. Just a little odd to be...

今宮恵比寿にお詣りに行こうと思って ネットで色々調べていたら

先ずゎ木津の大国さんに詣ってから えべっさんをお詣りするのが正しい作法らしい　(-ω-;)

ンな訳で✋大国さんをお詣りして種銭をゲットしてから 今宮恵比寿に向かって歩いている途中で木津市場を見つけた　(๑•̀ㅁ•́๑)✧

中を覗きながら歩いていいたら《 まむし 》の文字を見つけ 久々に食いたくなったンで市場に入って行った　。。。((( ・Θ・) ♪

店の表では持ち帰りの販売もやってるみたいで 店番のおかあちゃんに『 一人いける？ 』と訊いたら 『 空いてますよ、どぉぞ 』と中に案内された

中に入ると４人掛テーブルが４つ位と３人掛カウンターがあり テーブルが埋まっていたコトもありカウンターに座った

お茶を貰ってお品書きを見ると 思ってたよりもか～な～り安い　(^O^)v

そんで【 特上まむし&うまき 】を注文し ごはんも大盛りにして貰った　(=゜ω゜)ﾉ

待つコト５分位で料理が運んで来られ お品書きの写真同様の大きなうなぎにテンションゎ⤴⤴

先ずうなぎを箸で切り口に運ぶと あまり分厚い身でゎないけろジューシーで 表面はしっかりと焼けタレも甘過ぎず 全くオイラの好みの逸品でちた　(≧ڡ≦*) ｳﾒｪ
