Very lousy service. We ordered 4 mains + sides for 2adults + 1 child n 1 toddler. . However my toddler old didn’t like to eat the udon, so we got her nuggets from nearby. The staff keep coming to us that no outside food is allowed so he is expecting my 4yo to sit there n look at us eat while she goes hungry. The first time he came to tell us no outside food , we tried to be more discreet since my toddler was sitting in her stroller I tried to cover up the stroller to let her eat inside but the staff came n open up the stroller cover to say that no outside food allowed n even raised his voice at us until other patrons turned...

Great udon place, mostly self-service and pretty cheap. You are assigned a table, but order and get your food before actually sitting down. In addition to the udon noodles, you can get individual tempura pieces by the piece.

Some of the reviews mention poor service, but I suspect that's because those people didn't realize the place is mostly self-service. The staff doesn't really speak English but they're friendly and try to provide guidance via gesturing.

Tip: The menu lists some udon noodle bowls as "with toppings". Those toppings are self-serve, so you can actually get them with any of the bowls in whatever...

All tourist please read this before you enter here. The food is really really good. However, make sure you know this before entering. First thing is you need to order before you pick a table so grab a tray and head to order. Secondly when you pick your udon you have three portion sizes: large, medium and small. Beware some udons come with two bowls of food. Lastly when you are done and you drop off your tray throw all the trash including the chop sticks you eat with into the trash bins and leave the tray in area above.
