Kyushu Ramen Kiou here at Morinomiya really stands out for having one of the best vegan friendly ramen in town.
My friend was raving about their plant-based noods so I knew I had to come and try. Situated just right outside the JR station, this small shop offers seating for about 6 at the counter along with three small tables that can comfortably fit up to 4 people.
Everything is ordered via touchscreen and you can easily set it to English for your convenience. My friends and I all chose to order their vegan miso ramen which incorporates juicy seitan for their "meat" and loaded with tons of veggie flavor. I ordered mine at the highest spice level and was floored with how good my noodles were. Definitely a must get if you are looking for a vegetarian option.
We loved it so much that we came back another night and managed to order their veggie gyoza which were also vegan.
