Read more遠くの駅からJRに乗って森ノ宮駅でモバイルSuicaで出ようとしたら、改札が通れませんでした。駅員に事情を説明してどこから来たか伝えたのに、「現金で払ってください」と言われました。現金は持っておらずモバイルSuicaしか使っていないと伝えたら、しぶしぶSuicaから引いてくれましたが、「次回は現金で払ってください」「遠くから来るときは券売機で切符を買ってください」と言われてしまいました。
モバイルSuicaを使う意味がなくなるような対応で、とてもがっかりしました。精算機もモバイルに対応していませんでした。 駅の設備やシステムは便利なのに、一部の職員の対応が非常に残念でした。
I exited at Morinomiya Station after riding JR from a far station using Mobile Suica, but the gate didn’t work. I told the station staff where I came from, but instead of assisting properly, he just said “pay in cash.” I explained I don’t carry cash and only use Mobile Suica. He reluctantly took the fare from Mobile Suica, but warned me that “this is the last time” and “next time, pay in cash or buy a ticket in advance from the vending machine.”
