Matsuya Daikokucho — Restaurant in Osaka

Food is good and they have a nice concept of offering no chemical used on their food, BUT the positive image goes down about 90% because workers there are very unfriendly. They just hand you food without saying Thank you. Please train your worker to be polite. It's not a matter of japanese of language skill, but their attitude is rude most of the time. Please place at least One responsible Japanese leader position to oversea workers bad attitude. There is another matsuya in Nanba central area with a really rude worker. Matsuya is going to have a bad repetition in no time, if they don't do anything about those...

It's good food at a really good price. They are everywhere in Japan too. It's easy for foreigners as you use machines to order so minimum conversations are needed. Guyudon (I think I spelled it wrong) is really good and available in any of these places. A medium sized bowl will set you back around 350 yen... That's really cheap! You even get some soup with it too! Don't expect grand cuisine and you'll love...

Great staff here! They will offer help if you are not familiar with the ordering machine (in Japanese/English/Chinese). There are in total 2 ordering machines. Not much waiting time and the meals are quite cheap. You can have free drinks (water or tea) from the drinking machine.

Happy that they offer small rice quantity as well. If you don't eat beef, there are still some choices for pork...
