Just next to Sakuragawa station exit 5, this melon pan shop sells one of the freshest baked goods (melon pans and pastries), it looked like it was baked in the shop too! The Hokkaido bread is highly recommended, it was so good we ate here twice during our trip! The owner was really kind and friendly too. Eating here really made my family’s trip to Osaka memorable!

He even put my stuff I got from another store in a plastic bag so I won’t have a hard time carrying them 🥹 Thank you sir!

Their bread is delicious! My mom loves their plain melon pan while I love their NY cheesecake pie. But I think the real gem of this shop is the owner. He is so kind, nice and accommodating. He even put my stuff I got from another store in a plastic bag so I won’t have a hard time carrying them 🥹 Thank you sir!

Just a guy selling melonpan out of a small store. There are a few varieties on top of the classic one - my partner and I tried the Earl Grey and Chocolate Chip ones, respectively. I'm not usually a fan of melonpan because I associate it with strong artificial flavouring, but that's definitely because I haven't had it freshly baked and made with all-natural ingredients like this store's.
