Hotel Links Namba — Hotel in Osaka

This is our 2nd night's stay at this hotel. Location great! 11 mins to train station. Quiet area, but still convenient. A big grocery store nearby. Room is very clean. Bed comfortable. Above average hotel. ||Lots of extras provided, as hotels go. We appreciated all toiletry amenities. Towels were generous, new and plush! Not like the thin well-used ones in some hotels. Not all the staff spoke English well, but they're all very pleasant and helpful. ||||We arrived early and they held our bags and when we checked in, our bags were already up in our room. ||||Also a free cell with Internet on the go provided. (Although we did not use it as we already have our own. )||Use of Lounge and microwave is appreciated. Free sake, wine, drinks, snacks after 4pm in lounge. ||Kudos to Ms Wang for being extremely helpful. On our first night, one of the lens from my glasses fell out due to screw loosening. ||||I was doubtful the hotel had anything that could help fix it. But when we explained to front desk, Ms Wang, my problem with my glasses, she promptly pulled out her big box of screwdrivers.||Not only did she have a a jeweller's screwdriver, but she quickly put it together for me as my eyesight wasn't good enough to see the small screw!||||We highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if...
