This is the best shoyu ramen I had over 3 weeks of Japan trips. The service is quick (ticket machine and ramen is cooked in front of you once you give them your ticket - bring cash). The sides are also amazing, the char siu don is perfectly sized to compliment the ramen and is perfect moist and marinated.
The staff is kind but not overly bearing, they don't mind if you google translate ticket machine. The atmosphere is amazing as they have choice jazz music playing. The special ramen with all the toppings is 1100 yen and the char siu don is only 350 yen. Both are easily worth twice their cost. There seems to be lunch discounts as well but I am not sure of the hours.

The shop has about 10 seats so it can fill up quickly. You also pay and order at the ticket booth, which didn’t have an English menu so google translate is your friend.

The broths were very unique and I never had a salt based broth like that before. It is very salty though so I was glad I had the shoyu ramen (which again was delicious already).
Definitely worth a stop if you’re...

We had a rice bowl topped with chashu pork, soy ramen and a tsukemen spicy miso ramen. Everything was delicious but the latter was simply outstanding.
Well worth turning...
