Michelin Bib Gourmand ramen in Osaka - be prepared to stand in line for more than 45 minutes esp during the weekend. As a ramen noob, I finally understand now why ramen is such a big deal in Japan from this one meal in Osaka. The impeccable broth was deep and extremely sinful with gleaming spots of fat and the charsu sliced to perfection, along with a wagyu filled wanton and those bouncy handmade noodles . We ordered additional wagyu because why wouldnt you after waiting an hour, along with their rice bowl full of pork. All in all, be prepared to melt into the experience of it all. The chefs move in harmony to serve u a very fulfilling bowl of ramen in this special place, it was well worth the wait and multiple visits if you should be so lucky! ðð¯â€ïž
Honorable mention: We waited up to an hour in the sun, but they were extremely thoughtful and brought us umbrellas as we waited under the sun ð€âïž Also, your entire party must be there or you will get demoted to the back...

Unlike traditional ramen joints, the Chef and Sous Ramen Chefs are adorned in white coats. The ultimate ramen experience, which hosts each guest with a fine dining open kitchen vantage point.

My taste buds were rejoicing with delight with every slurp of the broth and bite of the al dente noodles. The flame grilled pork bowl blew me away, the hand-charred right before serving chasu tasted wonderful and not like anything I've ever consumed.
Absolute perfection, however my one request is that Chef Yusuke Kondo open a location in the United States (particularly in the Bay Area)....

We decided to take turns waiting in line while the other person went to go shopping. After thirty minutes someone from the shop asked my partner "Are you waiting alone?" They said "I am with my partner, but they will return" The shop said "You can't wait seperately, you must wait together, it's a rule of the restaurant, you must leave the line" What the heck is that!? Nowhere at the shop or online does it say this is a rule of the restaurant. I've visited other ramen shops where you haven't had to wait together, as long as you're together when you enter the restaurant it's fine, but the line was an hour long, what do they expect...
